Fix Windows 7 Gadgets May Not Work Or Display Properly

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 7 users may experience problems with gadgets not displaying properly or working at all in the operating system. According to Microsoft gadgets may “appear as black squares, may appear to have vertical green lines down the center or may not appear at all and may have a blue exclamation marks next to it, or calendar gadget may displays without dates”. The problem persists after trying to troubleshoot the issue with Windows System Restore, Turning UAC on or using scannow command to verify the integrity of all system files.
