February Patch Tuesday: three 0-days fixed

Microsoft / Nokia to Announce Partnership Next Week

In a move that’s been long anticipated, Microsoft and Nokia are to make an announcement next week.  The story, which comes from the New York Times and Engadget  will no doubt get the rumour-mill excited about the possibility of a Nokia Windows Phone. Nokia’s own smartphone platform Symbian, which it bought from UK mobile computing firm Psion, has been in a downward slide for several years now and there is no indication that a spangly new version is coming any day soon if ever.
