Application conflicts can occur in remote desktop services deployments. Servers begin to contain the applications within the servers and this may isolate and prevent the application from running as intended. To resolve that problem Microsoft has released the Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) for Remote Desktop Support program. It is designed to provide assistance to solve application compatibility issues on Remote Desktop Session Hosts or Terminal Servers
