Remember Me? . . . I’m Europe and You Will Open your Windows Operating System to Other Browsers

At least that was the agreement reached last year between Microsoft and European authorities. In an ongoing  fight regarding Microsoft’s dominance of the OS market and by extension to the Internet with Internet Explorer, other browser manufacturers, Google, Mozilla, Yahoo, and others have asked the European authorities to force Microsoft to remove IE from the Operating System. This applies to Windows 7, Vista, and XP.
