Apparently a recent (and recently withdrawn) blog post from the product manager of the Windows Update team might have inadvertently let slip an interesting piece of news about the next version of Microsoft Windows. [the] next version will be something completely different from what folks usually expect He goes on to say that Microsoft are referring to the OS internally as Windows.Next Alan Burchill of Windows 7 Centre who managed to get this scoop suggests that this could mean an entrance for Midori, Microsoft’s redesigned kernel and an ongoing project since 2003.
